What does OrkaSonar actually do?

It connects to Google Workspace, maps AI helpers already on your plan, and shows realization in tokens, hours, and dollars. Then it coaches teammates on what to turn on next.

Is this read-only?

Yes. Read-only by design. We cannot flip Admin switches or rewrite docs. Advice only. Revoke anytime from the Workspace Admin console.

Do you store email or document content?

No. We do not store message bodies or file contents. Usage signals and plan capabilities drive analytics and coaching.

Who is Pilot for?

Individuals and early teams on Google Workspace Business (or higher) who want to prove value on a limited seat before an org rollout. Approval required.

Do I need a Business plan?

Yes. OrkaSonar is built for Google Workspace Business (or higher) domains, not personal Gmail. Seat count is verified against your directory at activation.

What are tokens, hours, and dollars?

Those are the three realization numbers ICP cares about: AI token use, hours returned vs still done by hand, and dollar value of what was realized versus left on the table.

Weekly vs monthly assessment?

After onboarding you run a weekly or monthly read of team AI usage. Insights first, then Analytics if you want to dig. Pin actions as you go for Ask Sonar.

What is Ask Sonar / the AI CTO advisor?

Coaching from your own plan only. It ranks pinned and discovered actions with hours and dollars. Nothing applies itself. You approve every change.

How is pricing calculated?

Paid plans are per verified Workspace seat. Use Calculate estimate for org size and term. Volume and commitment discounts apply. Pilot is $0 while active.

Can students get access?

Yes. Request student access from Pricing, then Apply with role set to Student. Approval is required and seats are limited.
